١) يرجى العلم أن أيام العمل الرسمية في اسم الشركة هي من الأحد إلى الخميس. ويُعتبر كل من يومي الجمعة والسبت، بالإضافة إلى الإجازات الرسمية والعطلات العامة، عطلات لجميع موظفي اسم الشركة وشركات الشحن.
مهمتنا الأولى هي أن نقدم لكم أفضل تجربة تسوق إلكتروني، لذلك قمنا بتسهيل عملية الشحن لتكون أكثر سهولة وراحة، لأن راحتكم هي أولويتنا.
يقوم اسم الشركة بشكل أساسي بتوصيل طلباتكم من خلال طرف ثالث لضمان شحن طلبكم في الوقت المحدد.
تعتمد آلية التوصيل في اسم الشركة على التسليم خلال مدة تتراوح من يومين إلى أربعة أيام كحد أقصى، وذلك حسب منطقتك الجغرافية، مع إتاحة خيار اختيار الوقت المناسب لك لاستلام الطلب في أي وقت خلال اليوم أو الأسبوع أو حتى خلال الشهر.
في حالة الطلبات العاجلة، يرجى التواصل مع خدمة العملاء وسنبذل قصارى جهدنا لمساعدتكم.
سنطلب توقيعكم على نسخة من الفاتورة لتأكيد استلام البضاعة. وسيتم توصيل الطلب إلى العنوان المسجل، ويُعتبر توقيع أي شخص متواجد في العنوان بمثابة استلام للطلب.
في حال عدم وجود أي شخص في العنوان المسجل لاستلام طلبكم، سنطلب منكم التواصل مع خدمة العملاء لتحديد موعد توصيل آخر. ولا يمكن للشركة محاولة التوصيل أكثر من مرتين. كما أن الشركة غير مسؤولة عن أي طلب يتجاوز 7 أيام من تاريخ أول محاولة توصيل.
٢) يتم تجهيز الطلبات المتوفرة بالمخزون خلال مدة تتراوح من 5 إلى 7 أيام عمل.
يتم تنفيذ الطلبات المصممة حسب الطلب وفقًا لمدة الإنتاج الخاصة بكل منتج، والتي يتم توضيحها في صفحة وصف المنتج.
تكلفة التوصيل تكون إما
يتم احتسابها عند إتمام عملية الدفع بناءً على المنتج وعنوان التوصيل.

(٣) قد يختلف موعد التسليم حسب سياسات شركة الشحن، وموقع التوصيل، وطريقة التوصيل، والمنتجات المطلوبة. كما قد يتم تسليم المنتجات في شحنات منفصلة.
لمعرفة تكلفة طلبك، قم ببساطة بإضافة المنتجات التي ترغب بشرائها إلى سلة التسوق، ثم انتقل إلى صفحة الدفع. عند الوصول إلى صفحة الدفع، سيتم عرض رسوم الشحن.
وقت التوصيل
